控制烹調油攝入量

烹飪過程嚴格控制食用油的用量。健康成年人每人每天烹調用油量不超過25-30克,將其合理分配在一日三餐。日常生活中,建議把全家每天應食用的烹調油倒入帶有刻度的控油壺,炒菜用油均從控油壺中取用,做好總量控制。

少油烹調方法需掌握

烹調食物時盡可能選擇不用或少量用油的方法,如蒸、煮、燉、燜、水滑、熘、涼拌、急火快炒等;少用煎炸的方法來烹飪食物,或用煎的方法代替炸,也可減少烹調油的攝入。使用不粘鍋、烤箱、電餅鐺、空氣炸鍋等廚具,減少烹調用油量。
